Crypto Trade requires no account and collects no personal data. Your profile and progress stay on your device. Only the advertising network, Google AdMob, processes technical data in order to display ads — with your consent wherever the law requires it.
This policy covers the Crypto Trade mobile application, published by Leneva-Apps and distributed on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
The game saves locally, on your device only: your nickname, your avatar, your progress (tokens, assets, game history), your language and your sound mode. This information is never transmitted to the publisher or to any server.
The app displays ads through Google AdMob. To deliver and measure those ads, Google may process:

We request non-personalized ads. This processing is governed by Google's own policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Wherever the law requires it (GDPR — EU/EEA/United Kingdom; CCPA/CPRA — California and other U.S. states), a consent form (Google UMP) is displayed before any ad. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time inside the app: ⚙️ Settings → Ad privacy.
On iOS, you can also limit ad tracking in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Optional purchases (virtual token top-ups) are handled entirely by the App Store and Google Play. The application never sees, receives or stores any payment data. Refunds are requested directly from the relevant store.
We do not sell or rent any data. The only third parties involved are Google (AdMob) for advertising and Apple / Google for purchases. These providers are bound by their own privacy commitments, which offer a level of protection equal to or greater than the one described here.
Google may process certain data outside the European Union under appropriate safeguards (European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses).
Game data remains on your device for as long as the app is installed. To erase everything permanently, simply uninstall the application — no copy is kept anywhere else. Any advertising data is retained by Google according to its own retention periods.
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Because the game holds no personal data about you, erasure is achieved by uninstalling the app; for any other request, write to leneva@apps-rg.com (we reply within 30 days). You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
We do not sell and do not share your personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA. The categories that may be processed by our advertising partner are identifiers and internet activity. You may exercise your rights to know, to delete and to opt out through ⚙️ Settings → Ad privacy or at leneva@apps-rg.com.
The application is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. The game features simulated trading themes (virtual tokens with no real-world value); parental guidance is advised.
Because no personal data leaves your device, the exposure surface is minimal. Communications with advertising services are encrypted (HTTPS).
This policy may be updated; the version in force is the one published at this address, together with its effective date.
